2. Membership Eligibility
ProwPerks is designed to support local communities and businesses.
To be eligible, you may be required to reside within Cornwall or an applicable service area, provide a valid residential address, and use a payment method linked to your address.
We reserve the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in membership cancellation and, where appropriate, a refund.
3. Membership Terms
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership is digital only and must be renewed upon expiry. Memberships are non-transferable.
4. Using Your Membership
To redeem an offer, present your digital membership at point of sale or online.
A valid membership must be active, not expired, and belong to the account holder.
Participating businesses may request identification.
5. Offers & Discounts
Offers are provided by independent participating businesses and may change, be withdrawn, or limited at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless stated.
ProwPerks is not responsible for changes in offers, incorrect listings, or refusal of offers by businesses.
6. Participating Businesses
Businesses may refuse membership use if validity is in doubt and may request identification.
We aim to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee real-time updates.
7. Liability
ProwPerks is not liable for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from offers, the actions or services of participating businesses, or technical issues affecting access.
All transactions are between the customer and the business.
8. Communications
By joining ProwPerks, you agree to receive service updates, exclusive offers, and partner promotions.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
9. Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion before or shortly after activation. No refunds are provided for partially used memberships.
10. Account Access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
ProwPerks is not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law.
